theWoman Astronomer is about women and astronomy. We strive to spark interest in astronomy through profiles of the inspirational lives of women astronomers, professional and amateur. Feature articles on historical women astronomers and columns by modern women astronomers offer insight into the possibilities of our own lives. These are the kind of stories we're looking for. Typically, we are looking for biographies of their lives, as well as their astronomy-related accomplishments. Examples: Hypatia, Maria Mitchell, Annie Jumps Canon.
